#Reading a format is not producing one

A request is now cut into propositions, and each proposition is searched for a production verb or a reading verb. “Read the deck and summarise it” no longer produces a deck. A negated format produces nothing. A format named without a verb decides nothing at all.

#A workbook that reopens itself

The engine writes a six-sheet spreadsheet with real formulas, then reopens it with a different library and checks that the formulas are still there. A file that does not reopen is deleted rather than shipped. Two libraries, deliberately: one that both wrote and read back would share its own bugs with itself.

#One new tool, served to one role

The tool registry goes from twenty-two entries to twenty-three. The new one takes six keys and no file path — the core composes the path, because it owns the data room. It is served to the accounting role alone, and calling it from another role fails rather than being ignored.

#A refusal that costs nothing

A request for a format with no engine is refused before any process starts, naming the missing engine. Observed in a live run: both cards blocked within the minute, peak process count of two, and no card started a provider. The same request in 0.0.20 had consumed 9.4 million tokens.

LimitNo agent has produced a workbook yet. PPTX and PDF have no contract and no engine. The routing fix that convenes a deliverable’s owner is tested, not observed 1.
